American financial investment firm Garnett Station Partners has acquired Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, a pet store chain that has expanded rapidly in recent years. Founded in 2007 by Paul and Cara Allen, Woof Gang is a pet services and speciality retail franchisor with more than 200 locations open or under development across 18 states. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
