Former Director Frans Faas leaves Witte Molen

The board of directors of Witte Molen N.V., after close consultation, has decided to end the suspension of Mr Frans Faas as statutory director of Witte Molen.

Both parties have agreed that Mr Faas' statutory duties have ended effective 9 November 2012, and that he will ensure a proper transition and transfer of activities in the period until 1 February 2013. With this agreement, the proceedings issued 7 december 2012 have been withdrawn.
