Our product is different from the classic dry doof, it is made cold and is a co-extruded, the central part is vegetal and the outside part is meat, we use the pig, which is a white meat, very digestible and gives a big muscle. not we contain any oil, very harmful to the dermatitis and outbursts of heat. we use only the lard of pork that is slow to release and does not heat up in the summer.
