PRECOM LLC was established in 2011 with a humble mission to consistently provide safe, sustainable, and high-quality meat and meat products at competitive prices. Depending on its target markets including China, Japan, Russia, and the Middle East, PRECOM offers a variety of cold chain products such as chilled and/or frozen classified beef, lamb, mutton, goat, and horse meats, as well as heat-processed products such as cooked beef, mutton, goat, and horse meats. PRECOM also offers either frozen or heat-processed edible offal for human consumption. Finally, under its ZERO WASTE initiative, PRECOM aims to contribute to the global effort in combatting climate change and support sustainable development through multi-use of raw materials and effectively recycling waste throughout its value chain with the help of modern technology and innovation. Under this initiative, PRECOM created its new economy pet food line in addition to its existing premium pet food product. The all-natural meat and meat products are processed and produced at PRECOM's state-of-the-art slaughter units and a processing plant with a capacity to process 20 tons of meat per day. All of PRECOM's establishment premises and facilities including its technologies and equipment are in accordance with standards and regulations of the EU as well as in strict compliance with relevant importers¡¯ requirements. Last but not least, the engine that runs PRECOM is its Food Safety System. It is a customer-oriented, integrated system of good practices for the production of food that is safe for human consumption. Our system does not only preserves health and life but also enforces transparency, efficiency, waste reduction, and risk minimization. Through this systemic approach, PRECOM Food Safety System covers the important stages of establishing good practices throughout the food production process described as ¡°Prerequisites¡± and risk analysis process called ¡°HACCP¡±. Our intent is to determine practical routes for identifying, preventing, correcting, and continuously improving gaps in the safe-food control system that is unique to our conditions and environment.
