The German speciality cooperative Sagaflor is introducing a modular pet pharmacy concept into its Zoo & Co. and Tier Total pet stores. The pharmacy will offer the products that dog and cat owners need to keep their pets healthy and to take care of animals with chronic or acute conditions, according to the company.
The pet pharmacy comprises three basic ranges: dietary products, food supplements and accessories. Sagaflor aims to create a relationship of trust and strengthen customer loyalty by offering tailored professional advice. The concept also includes training aspects and a comprehensive POS presentation with signage for merchandise groups, assortment banners and shelf rails.
