We are exporters of cuttlefishbones since 1953 from Tuticorin to many buyers all around the world.
Cuttlefishbones are exported to buyers for birds feed only.These cuttlefishbones are collected
throughout the seafood companies from Tamilnadu,Andhra and Maharastra.
It is a product of cuttlefish so when it is collected from them it will have a bad smell which to be
Eradicated by washing the bones thrice or more by potable water until the bad smell is removed.
No Chemicals or detergents are used because it is used for birds consumption.
After completely dried in sunlight these bones are trimmed and smoothend with sand paper .
Before packing in the cartons all cuttlebones are kept in driers at 90degree to remove salmonella
and other impurities.
Then it is packed according to the requirement of the buyer.
We are packing cuttlefishbones in bulk,skin packing,blister packing and single bone with the clip in a small box.
