Nestlé India is to take over the pet food business of Purina Petcare India, according to reports in various financial publications. A purchase price of 15.95 mio dollars has been mentioned.
Both Nestlé India and Purina Petcare India are subsidiaries of the Swiss Nestlé Group. The Swiss company owns 100 per cent of Purina Petcare India and 62.76 per cent of Nestlé India.
