Gott Pet Products, purveyors of Charlee Bear natural dog treats and Hound & Gatos natural food for pets, recently announced that Rob Cadenhead has been hired to serve as General Manager.
In this capacity, Cadenhead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the company, managing the Sales and Marketing team, and supervising new product development. Patrick McGarry, who previously held this position, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of this family-owned, Wisconsin-based firm.
Cadenhead comes to the Gott Pet Products team with over a dozen years of pet industry operations and product development experience. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development – Co-Manufacturing & Brands for the BrightPet Nutrition Group, makers of Blackwood and Adirondack pet foods. Previously, Cadenhead held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Bravo Pet Foods. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Performance Pet Products. Cadenhead has also held senior sales and administrative positions in the construction, telecom and pharmaceutical industries.
