On 18 December 2018 OurPet's Company signed a definitive merger agreement with wholly-owned subsidiaries of Hyper Pet LLC. The transaction is structured as a merger of the company with a newly-formed subsidiary of Hyper Pet, as a result of which the company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hyper Pet.
OurPet's Company designs, produces and markets a broad line of accessory and consumable pet products in the U.S. and overseas. Hyper Pet is a leading pet hard goods and treats company located in Wichita, Kansas, which has been operating for over 30 years.
