Zolux acquires Francodex Santé Animale

Zolux has acquired from Virbac (Laboratories) "Francodex Santé Animale", thus enlarging its current business in the pet health, care and hygiene sectors. Based in Carros (near Nice, France), Francodex employs 20 persons. The take-over includes Mastery, super premium petfoods for the specialized trade and breeders.
