Laroy Duvo, Witte Molen and C¨¦D¨¦ are joining forces as Laroy Group

To boost its efforts towards international expansion Laroy Duvo has decided to bring the activities of its different companies together to form the new 'Laroy Group'. This will make the group, based at Wondelgem near Ghent, into a serious international player supplying a complete range of pet products with partners brands like JBL, Trixie, Hagen and Iams-Eukanuba alongside strong own brands such as Duvo+, Witte Molen and CéDé.

The companies Laroy Duvo, CéDé and Witte Molen will cease to exist. But there’s no need to worry, these three sister businesses and their brands will not disappear. They will now form Laroy Group. The family shareholders of Laroy Duvo and the management team have opted for this approach in order to support the business’s extensive international expansion and to continue to professionalise its organisation.

With its united forces, the new 'Laroy Group' forms a highly competitive one-stop-shop for pet owners’ needs, both in the significant home markets in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, and beyond.

This evolution puts Laroy Group in a position to create benefits of scale and extra hitting power in order to achieve its ambitious plans. That way the company can become a still stronger partner for the pet shop. With still more enthusiasm and under the motto “excellence in pet products” the company’s many staff, along with its clients and suppliers, are continuing to build for the future.

The new group is an international family firm, specialising in foods and other supplies for pets. Some 160 staff, working at three sites in Belgium and the Netherlands, generate a total turnover of €50 million ($54 million). Laroy Group produces feed for birds and rodents, mainly under its familiar own brands CéDé, Witte Molen and Duvo. It also distributes accessories for all pets under its own brands such as Duvo+, and as a partner with various strong international partner brands including JBL, Trixie, Hagen and Iams-Eukanuba.
