Award for Kölle Zoo

Kölle Zoo is the most family-friendly pet supplies company in Germany. This was the outcome of a nationwide survey by ServiceValue GmbH carried out in cooperation with the Welt am Sonntag (“World on Sunday”) newspaper and with scientific support from the Goethe University Frankfurt. Nearly 35 000 families with one child or more rated how well disposed companies were to them as the “family with child” customer group.

Kölle Zoo ranked 112th of more than 320 companies covered in 35 sectors. Other pet supplies companies included in the survey were Zoo & Co. (ranked 238th), Futterhaus (260th), Fressnapf (287th) and Schecker (296th).
