What is the Inquiry Basket?
The Inquiry Basket is like a shopping cart where you can add an
unlimited number of products you're interested in. Instead of sending
your inquiries to each supplier one at a time, you can put them
in the Inquiry Basket first, continue searching for more products
and suppliers, then send all your inquiries at the same time.

How does it work?
1. On the search results, check the products or suppliers you want
to inquire about.
2. Click Add to Basket. Your selected items will automatically be
added to the Inquiry Basket.
You can also add items to the Inquiry Basket from the following:
Your Product Alert Main page(s)
Supplier Website pages
Product Profile pages
To view the contents of the Inquiry Basket from anywhere within
the site, click on the Inquiry Basket link in the left navigation
bar.

How long will the items that I placed
in the Inquiry Basket stay there?
Items in the Inquiry Basket will stay there, unless you do either
of the following:
Send the items to suppliers. Once sent, they are automatically removed
from the Inquiry Basket
Click on the Remove Selected link inside the Inquiry Basket.

Do I have to register with PetsGlobal.com Online
before I use the Inquiry Basket?
Yes. Only registered users can use the Inquiry Basket while searching
for products and suppliers.
If you're a registered user, you can access the unsent products
and suppliers you have added in the Inquiry Basket the next time
you login.

How to send customized messages to one
or more suppliers?
To send customized messages to one or more suppliers, select suppliers
using Select All and Clear All links then click on Inquire Now.
On the next page, you can write a customized inquiry to the selected
suppliers.
How Inquiry Basket uses cookies?
The Inquiry Basket uses cookies in order to recognize you, retain
the contents of your basket, and allow you to view the contents
of your basket. If you do not see the Add Basket button or View
Inquiry Basket link when you are in Product Search, Supplier Search
or any supplier website, your cookies have been turned off. You
have to configure your browser settings to accept a cookie to use
Inquiry Basket. No other website can read this cookie.

How can I configure my browser to accept
cookies?
Netscape 7
Go to Edit, then Preferences, then choose Privacy & Security.
You will find Cookies as the first selection listed. There are three
choices to enable cookies. Choose "Enable all cookies (Recommended
for all users)"
Internet Explorer 5
Go to Tools, then Internet Options, then click on Security. Scroll
down to find Cookies. Select Enable for the following options:
(1) Allow cookies that are stored on your computer
(2) Allow per session cookies (Not stored)
To finish, click Apply then OK.
