How is information catalogued in PetsGlobal.com Online?

PetsGlobal.com information on product profiles, supplier profiles are organized into hierarchical levels by product categories. As you browse your way through each level, you will notice that the category begins as a broad grouping and becomes narrower with each subsequent level. What is "Add to Basket"?

This is basically your means to put items in your "shopping cart" while on the site. If you select products and click this button, it will store products you have selected to inquire from in a folder called Inquiry Basket. You can search and select various products, store them in the "basket", and send them RFI (Request for Information) e-mails all at once before you leave the site.

To check the contents of your basket, click the View Inquiry Basket link at the top of the products table or click on the Inquiry Basket link on the left navigation bar.

The function that allows you to check the products or suppliers you have selected to store in your Inquiry Basket.

Why aren't there any contact details or links to websites for some suppliers in the results?

That's because these suppliers do not currently advertise comprehensive company & product information with PetsGlobal.com. However, you can still send them an RFI (Request for Information) through the site. Simply select the supplier and click on Inquire Now in the search results to do this.

What can I do if I cannot find the exact product I need?

If you have searched the PetsGlobal.com database and cannot find the product you require, you can post a trade lead with your specific requirements on the PetsGlobal.com Business Matching.
You can detail the exact product specifications, attach product images and specify any particular requirements you have such as target price and quality certifications. Suppliers who can fulfill your requirements will contact you directly.
You can find the sourcing request service on the PetsGlobal.com Business Matching.
This service is free to buyers member and can be used whenever you are unable to find products via the product search facility.

PetsGlobal.com Product Search function helps you find products in a particular category. Use this search method and get results detailing product profiles containing ordering information, minimum order requirements and delivery and payment terms. This Help page aims to guide you in getting the best results possible.

Keyword Search

1. The Product Search opening page provides you:
A keyword search box with "Products" selected by default.
The total number of products and suppliers in the PetsGlobal.com database.

2.To do a keyword search, enter keyword(s) in the blank field. Make sure you select "Products" from the drop list, and then click Search. A search results page will come up shortly.

Search Results

1. The Search Results page returns with the following:

A list of matching product categories
A list of matching product profiles. These have images, short descriptions, links to supplier websites and links to related product categories.

2. The search results are sorted according to their relevance to your search keyword(s), i.e. categories and products are displayed in order of the number of occurrences of the keyword(s) in their descriptions. The more occurrences, the higher they appear on the page.

3. If you wish to see only all matching product categories, click on View more categories link at the end of the list of categories. This will give you only all the relevant product categories.

4. You can click on View more products link to view only all the product profiles matching your search. The link is at the end of the list of products.

5. To view the page without the product images, click on View without images link.

6. If you want to Inquire about a product, or add it to your Inquiry Basket, select a product profile and click the corresponding button. If you would like to Inquire about all the products, click on Select All link.

Supplier Search

PetsGlobal.com Supplier Search function lets you find a specific supplier, get their contact details, location, manufacturing resources, capacity, main export markets, annual sales and product information.

Keyword Search

1.The Supplier Search opening page provides you:
A keyword search box with "Suppliers" selected by default.
The total number of products and suppliers in the ChianPets database.

2. To do a keyword search, enter keyword(s) in the blank field. Make sure you select "Suppliers" from the drop list, and then click Search. A search results page will come up shortly.

Search Results

1. The Search Results page returns with the following:
A list of the matching suppliers by name
A list of matching product categories

2. The search results are sorted according to their relevance to your search keyword(s), i.e. supplier names and product categories are displayed in order of the number of occurrences of the keyword(s) in their descriptions. The more occurrences, the higher they appear on the page.

3. If you wish to see only all matching suppliers, click on View more supplier lists link at the end of the list of supplier names. This will give you only all the relevant suppliers.

4. You can click on View more categories link to view all the product categories matching your search. The link is at the end of the list of product categories.

5. To view the page without the product images, click on View without images link.

6. If you want to Inquire about a supplier, or add it to your Inquiry Basket, select a supplier name and click the corresponding button. If you would like to Inquire about all the suppliers listed, click on Select All link.

Province Search

Use China Province Search if you want to find suppliers in specific provinces of China. You can filter your search by selecting up to 10 provinces - or you can select all provinces.

To do a keyword search, enter keyword(s) in the blank field. Select the provinces you would like to search in. Then click on Search., A search results page will come up shortly.

To list all Suppliers in specific provinces, Just select Province, then click Search . A list of all Suppliers from the Province that you selected.

Drilldown Search

If you are not sure about what you are looking for, you may want to try doing a drilldown search.
Click on a relevant category, and you will get a new list, detailing the smaller, but more specific levels under that heading, i.e., All Categories >> Birds>>Bird Cage Accessories. Continue going through relevant headings until you get a list of product profiles, similar to what you get on a keyword search results page.

General Search

1. Search for product categories, not specific product models.
2. From the Search Results page, you can link to the product's profile and view features, specifications and a larger product image.

3. You can link to the supplier's website to browse company information, their online showroom and complete contact details.

4. Supplier websites with a "Gold Website" icon provide more information than standard websites. They appear at the top of the search results and contain details on Management and Factory Tour, OEM and R&D, Quality Control procedures and more.

5. From the sidebar, you will find links to editorial articles related to your search:

New Products: New products from an China manufacturers and suppliers
News: News about the pet industry movements
Features: Developments and issues a particular product segment in the Chinese pet industry.
Company Profiles: Company Profile from qualified China suppliers.
Interview: interviews leading suppliers and executives in the Chinese pet industry.
Trade Fairs: Previews and reviews of major trade shows held worldwide

6. To go back to a previous page in your current search, use the Search Path at the top of the page.
