How to update my member information?
To modify your registered member information such as email address, simply take the following steps:
1. Sign in onto the User Profile page;
2. Click "Edit Profile" in the My Company Information box in the My PetsGlobal column;
3. Modify your registered information;
4. Submit.

What if I forget my Member ID?
If you forget your PetsGlobal.com Member ID,
Click " Forgot Password? " in the login box;
Enter your registered e-mail address;
Submit.
PetsGlobal.com Customer Service will send your Member ID and Password to your registered e-mail address as soon as possible.
If you cannot remember your registered e-mail address, please Contact us and provide as much information as possible of your PetsGlobal.com account .

Can I change my Member ID?
Sorry, but no. For security reasons, each PetsGlobal.com account is exclusive to a single Member ID. However, you can create a new Member ID by re-registering at https://www.PetsGlobal.com/User/userReg2_e.asp . If you will no longer be using your original account and Member ID, please Contact us and inform us of your account information (Member ID, password, company name, etc), and we will deactivate the old one for you once your identity has been verified.

How can I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, please Inform us of your Member ID and password. You can also send an email to us by member@PetsGlobal.com . This is for verification purposes. Once your identity has been verified, we will close your account.
