This spring Trixie has launched the construction of another warehouse in Tarp. Directly adjacent to hall 11, which was completed in 2012, a 26-metre high silo-construction building is now going up on a site covering 9 600 m² in all.
The fully automated high-bay warehouse has space for 39 000 pallets, which will be transported to neighbouring halls by conveyor. Commissioning is expected to take place at the start of 2018. Trixie currently employs over 400 staff. The new building will take the warehouse capacity to roughly 53 000 m².
