As of 17 May 2017, Pet Supplies Beheer B.V. (The Netherlands), known for their brand Beeztees, has taken over 100% of the shares of Karlie Flamingo GmbH (Germany), better known as Karlie. In addition they have acquired the brandnames "Karlie Flamingo" and "Karlie".
