La Semeuse acquires pet care activities of Gruel-Fayer

La Semeuse, the joint venture between PLAN SAS and Gruel Fayer (Groupe GLON), has acquired the pet care activities of Gruel-Fayer.

PLAN SAS is a key wholesale marketer and producer of packed vegetals. Gruel-Fayer now focuses on agro-supplies, its core business. GLON is also active in pets, horse food and veterinarian products. La Semeuse shall become fully owned by PLAN SAS in 2013.
